FOR BANNERS/RESERVATIONS/TENTS, PLEASE CONTINUE BELOW.
Please read carefully:
- If you have purchased less than 15 tickets DO NOT make a reservation/banner/or tent request.
- If you have purchased 25 tickets or more
- You do not need to pay an additional banner fee if you want a banner hung or bring a tent
- You may bring one tent
- MAX Tent size is 10' x 10', and MUST be staked down. Only ONE Tent per Space/Location.
- You may send in a banner to the address listed below or drop it off at that address. It is the Association of Maryland Pilots Office on Dillon Street.
- MAX Banner size is 10' x 4'. Only One per Space/Location.
- If you are bringing a tent please send in your banner, we will lay it out on the table reserved for your group.You can hang your banner on your tent. We will have cable ties and equipment for you to do this.
- If you have purchased 15-24 tickets
- You must pay a fee of $100 to get a reservation or have a banner hung, please pay this with your ticket purchase. If you prefer to pay online you may do so for the banner only, there are no ticket sales online at this time.
- You may not bring a tent, you will be asked to remove it
- Again, MAX Banner size is 10' x 4'. Only One per Space/Location
- Deadline to receive banners is July 27th
